NB: In the Annual Report for the year ending 31 December 2004 President Max Midgley noted that " a very special mention must be given to our first Community Club Life Member, Ray Crawford. Ray is a backbone of our Club and it was a small gesture to show him, and his family how much he and his contribution, is valued by all members. Ray's many friends are a testament to not only his bar keeping skills but also his commitment to the RSL."
